Tucked away on a rocky promontory on Antigua's south side, Curtain Bluff coaxes visitors from life's blink-and-you'll-miss-it pace into a tranquil and enchanting island paradise.
Flanked on both sides by the stunning Caribbean sea, this welcoming repose beckons visitors with breathtaking views, impeccable amenities and unparalleled hospitality.
Whilst some Luxury Included Boutique Resorts have extraordinary facilities, others are small and personal with modern amenities and authentic Caribbean experiences, but none offer the Outstanding Value of Curtain Bluff, Antigua.
This Antiguan Beachfront Hotel is 100% All Inclusive and consistently ranked among the best Inclusive Resorts and tennis centres in the world!
There are two restaurants: the open-walled Tamarind Tree serving breakfasts and candle-lit dinners, and The Sea Grape restaurant where barefoot casual lunches and romantic dinners are enjoyed one step from the sand and a few feet from the water's edge.
The resort's exceptional facilities include a championship tennis centre, a fully equipped water-sports centre, offering scuba, Windsurfing, paddle-boarding, water-skiing, Hobie Cats and kayaks, a squash court and a fitness centre.
When it's time to relax, there's a tranquil spa overlooking the sea, a beach-side swimming pool, a beach bar and hammocks swaying in the shade of coconut palms.
And with the exception of a few above-and-beyond luxuries, such as Cuban cigars, vintage wines and spa treatments, everything is included in your room rate, making it one of the best value resorts in the Caribbean.
The food at Curtain Bluff is one of the biggest reasons loyal guests keep coming back year after year. Imaginative, varied and simply delicious, every gourmet meal you taste is included in the room rate.
Whether your chosen refreshment is rum punch, a gin and tonic, fine wines or champagne, Curtain Bluff has an excellent array of beverages sure to impress and delight.
The 72 spacious suites and guestrooms run along the palm-shaded, white-sand Surf Beach and rise up the rocky promontory that gives the resort its name. Either right on the sand or just a few steps from it, all the accommodations have breathtaking, gaze-all-day views. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows and verandahs or ground-floor terraces look out over the beach and across the sea to a lush-green headland.
Inside, the accommodations are decorated in a simply-elegant tropical style, complete with all the modern luxuries from air-conditioning and over-sized soaking tubs to wood-paneled ceilings, refrigerators and high-speed Internet access. In keeping with the timeless ambiance of the resort, there are no TVs in the rooms. Sleeping arrangements are designed for a couple sharing a king-sized bed.
