East Winds is an all-inclusive resort, renowned for its social and friendly atmosphere, offering the personal touch that many large resorts struggle to provide. Situated in 12 acres of tropical gardens by the sea, East Winds is home to a cornucopia of vibrant plants, trees and birdlife native to Saint Lucia.

The bungalows are conveniently positioned amongst the gardens, so guests can fully immerse themselves in the nature that surrounds them.

To make your stay at East Winds a comfortable and enjoyable experience, in addition to the all inclusive package, you have the option to customise your stay and tailor specific items, like your pillow choice, dietary preferences and what drinks you would like to have in your room.

East Winds has a strong emphasis on food and drink. The chef works hard to bring you the delicious delights of Saint Lucia, whilst being flexible within the requirements of diners and the staff are flexible and able to tailor meals and services to suit your requirements. There an excellent selection of wines available from the cellar, along with fine champagnes to accompany your evening meal.

All Inclusive

The all-inclusive Premium package at East Winds is based on one simple principle, include everything and never say no! East Winds All Inclusive features: Full made to order breakfast and buffet breakfast, Island inspired lunch buffets and oceanfront lunch barbecues, all-day snacks, a Silver service four-course dinner menu and a weekly land and sea barbecue dinner, with lobster available when in season.

All restaurant and bar beverages by the glass: wine, beer, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks (all from international brands) are included too and Champagne is served at all times, year round.

A fully stocked and personalised, mini fridge, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be in your room for your convenience and breakfast and lunch hampers will be made available for guests participating in daily island excursions.

Plenty of activities are also included in your package too. Yoga and Pilates classes 4 times per week, Hobie Cats, stand up paddleboards, pedaloes, kayaks, snorkeling and aquaview boards to name a few. There is also nightly entertainment in the Main restaurant and full access to the Exclusive Experiences schedule, including a weekly shopping tour.

Dining

Cuisine at East Winds is of the highest standard. The resort works closely with local producers to source the freshest local produce, whether that be fresh fish, such as Marlin or Swordfish, caught daily from the abundant seas, fresh vegetables from local farmers or the freshest herbs from their very own herb garden.

The Executive Chef carefully designs the most delicious of dishes selected from local Caribbean cuisine to well-known international dishes, including vegetarian options. East Winds is also a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, the International Association of Gastronomy.

Served from 7:30am - 10am daily, the breakfast buffet features a wide selection of fresh fruits, breads, pastries, cereals, cold cuts of meat and homemade yogurt. The highlight of every breakfast is Paula's Corner where you may choose from an array of hot breakfast entrees including speciality St Lucian hot breakfast options, prepared before your eyes in the open air grill. We highly recommend starting your day with a glass of 'therapy' made from fresh fruits and vegetables every morning.

The buffet lunch offers a selection of salads, local vegetables and fresh fruit to compliment the Chef's choice of fish and meat entrees each day. The lunch menu features a number of Caribbean dishes as well as the opportunity to watch the Chefs prepare your food at the Sugar Pot Barbecue (available for four days of the week). Lunch is available from 12:30 until 2:15 daily.

At Dinner time the four course Table D'hote menu uses the freshest of ingredients, blending both International and Caribbean dishes to bring you a delicious evening feast. Served in the Main Restaurant, the menu changes nightly so you won't get bored of the same choices during your stay, there are three options for each course, including a vegetarian dish.

East Winds also offers an all day 'lite fare' menu with a select number of choices for guests to enjoy at their convenience. The all day dining menu is perfect for guests who have chosen a day trip on the island and want to eat outside normal meal times or guests who are looking for a little snack between meals.

The main restaurant on the waterfront is open for every meal. Breakfast and lunch are self-service, relaxed affairs with a table waiter available for drinks and extra desserts. Dinner is full silver-service with an evening dress code of smart/casual with long trousers for gentlemen.

Perfect for honeymoon couples or guests looking for a romantic dining experience, thatched gazebos sit along the beachfront and are available for private dining at lunch or dinner.

Bars & Meeting Places

This boutique resort features a number of picture-perfect spots to catch up with an old friend, meet new friends and share in the Saint Lucian hospitality of the local bartending team. Guests may enjoy a glass of fine Champagne whenever they wish or alternatively choose from the cocktail list and enjoy a traditional drink such as 'Ti Ponche' rum punch served directly to your beachfront cabana.

The Clubhouse is a perfect place to mingle with the other guests for pre-dinner drinks from 7 pm. The evenings before dinner have a house party feel, with guests gathering at the Clubhouse to chat about their day, share a cocktail and even challenge the bartenders to create a new cocktail from the well-stocked bar.

The Sunset bar is open daily from 10 am - 11 pm. A perfect bar to enjoy your favourite cocktail, aperitif and the company of fellow guests. The bartenders will also visit you on the beach and are happy to deliver your favourite cocktail directly to your chosen spot in the sun.

The swim-up Pool bar is a very popular feature at East Winds. Offering the unique feature of a self-service bar, guests have the opportunity to get creative and test out the cocktail menu whilst taking turns in hosting one another.
