Getting to Haad Yien involves a ferry from Phuket which takes about an hour. The return cost of your ferry journey is included in the price of your holiday. You will be met and collected by the Haad Tien staff at the ferry terminal.

Whether you're a novice or a seasoned diver, The Reef Dive Centre will have the perfect dive for you.

The centre has a team of experts from around the world who know the best dive sites around Koh Tao. There's a training pool for the beginners, and more advanced options such as wreck, Nitrox and night-diving for the more experienced. For more information about the dive centre and the dives offered

Koh Tao is reknowed for its marine wildlife making it perfect for diving. More PADI open water courses are carried out on Koh Tao than anywhere else in Thailand and this is mainly due to the diverse marine environment around the island. In 2010 the resort built a PADI dive centre and all manner of dives can be carried out in Koh Tao, from beginners taking there PADI Open Water Courses, to Dive Master Courses, night diving, Nitrox, and wreck diving.

There are two swimming pools through out the resort. Take a dip in the large beachfront pool, in the Haad Tien Beach resort part of the hotel. This overlooks the crystal blue waters of Haad Tien's secluded bay and has a number of relaxation loungers making it a perfect place for sunbathing. Alternatively there is another swimming pool located in the hills, over looking the beautiful Haadtien bay, located in the Beach Club Resort part of the hotel. There are sun loungers around both swimming pools where you can sit back and relax.

Ease your body's tension with a range of massages or savour the tranquil setting and drift away during one of many beauty spa treatments. The Tien Spa team are trained to provide you with the upmost in blissful comfort and relaxation.

Pah Yong, the resident chef offers a hand selected a la carte menu combining authentic Thai dishes and international cuisine with an emphasis on fresh local ingredients such as the daily seafood catch or organically vegetables, as well as fruits and herbs grown naturally on the property.

Located right on Haad Tien's sandy shore, the beach bar is a perfect oasis for a thirst quenching drink. Beach-lovers who enjoy lazy days sunbathing on the beach, or dipping in the warm tropical waters will love the beach bar, which offers an array of chilled drinks, cocktails, fresh fruits and delicious hot/cold snacks. If the heat becomes too much, the large thatched roof also offers a welcome escape from the sun too.
