Start the day with gentle, signature stretching exercises inspired by the seven main animal chakras. Based on the Malay concept of Sucimurni, which emphasises purity of spirit, health and well-being, these exercises aim to balance your mind and body for a fresh start to the morning.

The resort offers complimentary guided walks up the Jara Hill and a visit to a Malay Herbal garden. Other activities includeTraditional Handicraft Classes or try your hand at gasing, a traditional top spinning game popular among the locals, play a round of volleyball or a traditional woven rattan ball game called sepaktakraw.

The resort has two swimming pools, one of which is reserved for adults use only - a free-form pool near Teratai Terrace and the lobby and another adjacent to the beach near Spa Village. Each pool has towels and deck chairs for sun lovers and refreshments are served at the pool deck. There are two tennis courts at the resort, both situated near Spa Village. Rackets are available for hire. Guests can also enjoy a game of boules, known as pétanque in France where it originated. All games are available on a daily basis. For groups, friendly tournaments can be organised.
